Burns, Redenbaugh Promoted At Coastal Horizons

Coastal Horizons promoted Elizabeth Redenbaugh and Jenifer Burns within its senior leadership team, according to a news release.

Redenbaugh (pictured at right), previously the development director, has been elevated to the role of vice president of development and external affairs.

"Since joining Coastal Horizons in 2019, Elizabeth has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization's mission through innovative fundraising strategies, significantly enhancing visibility and sustainability," the release stated. "In her expanded role, Elizabeth will lead development efforts and oversee external affairs, leveraging her proven leadership and expertise."

Burns (pictured at left) has been promoted to deputy chief financial officer.

"Jenifer has been with Coastal Horizons for over 15 years, starting as a finance assistant in 2009 and advancing to controller in 2014," according to the release. "Her extensive experience and deep understanding of Coastal Horizons' financial operations make her an ideal fit for this critical role."

A nonprofit, Coastal Horizons offers nationally accredited, evidence-based services ranging from substance use and mental health support to crisis intervention, family preservation, justice, and veteran services, the release stated.
